SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Charming Shoes SA, we provide FREE delivery for all orders over R1 000.00 to any address within South Africa in our online shop (this does not apply to our resellers) However, do note that we do not deliver to Postnet, Paxi, PO Boxes, military and restricted areas.
We use the services of The Courier Guy together with PUDO.
We do deliver internationally but will send you a proper quotation from Shippler Couriers for your account. They are a very reliable company but we will not not take responsibility for any loss or damages occurred during the delivery. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING:
If the product is in stock, confirmation within 2 working days of payment will insure your delivery will be 3-5 working days there after with courier.
If we are out of stock for your order, it will go into the production line with manufacturing. All orders are handmade and take between 5-10 working days to complete and we try our best to stick to these standards. Courier will be 3-5 working days there after.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email, sms or whatsapp message confirmation will be sent to you. We do not send any tracking waybill numbers to customers because different courier companies are handling all our parcels. Please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 7 working days since the pick-up notice for delivery of your parcel.
BRIDES & SPECIAL OCCASIONS ORDERS
To ensure sufficient time for production and delivery, all bridal and special occasion orders must be placed at least four (4) full weeks in advance.
While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, we make use of third-party courier services and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. We will, however, actively follow up with the courier and do everything possible to ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible.
Orders placed less than four weeks before the required date are done so at the customer's own risk. Unfortunately, we cannot offer full refunds if an order is not delivered in time due to insufficient lead time or courier delays.
Refund requests may be considered only if the order is returned to us in its original, unworn condition and packaging. Any approved refund will exclude courier and shipping costs incurred.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We currently accept payments Payfast, EFT, MASTERcard, VISA. As soon as we receive your proof of payment, your order will be processed.
