Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:

At Charming Shoes SA, we provide free shipping for all orders from R1050.00 everything under R1050.00 will be charged at a standard standard delivery fee, to any address within South Africa in our online shop. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Postnet, Paxi, military and restricted areas.

We do not deliver internationally, yet, but if you’re a store or distributor in any other country feel free to contact us at info@charmingshoessa.co.za and we’ll get back to you.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING:

All orders are handmade and take between 5-7 working days to complete, depending on the volume of orders we have at the time, please bear in mind the courier service takes 3-5 working days to deliver, more or less and we try our best to stick to these standards. 

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you notifying you that we send your parcel out. We are unable to provide you with a tracking number, the reason for this is that we are a regional area, therefore a third party pick up the parcel from us, from there it get delivered to The Courier Guy, who then gives it a new tracking number on their system. This is the reason why it takes 3-5 working days to be delivered. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
